Geophysical Reference

The pages under this heading provide reference material and links to reference material to serve the following purposes:

  • Assist geophysicists in their work as a place to refer to formuale and geophysal constants
  • Contain descriptions of geophysical techniques and instruments
  • Assist lay people to understand about geophysical concepts, techniques and instruments.
  • Act as an introduction to the geophysical profession for people interested in a geophysical career

Material will be added to this section on a continual basis.

Contributions, suggestions and questions are welcome.  Please forward these to the ASEG Webmaster. The webmaster will endeavour to find a suitably qualified geophysicist to add material relevant to suggestions and questions.
