Either fill in your ASEG username
or your email address (that you have nominated for ASEG nofications).
A new password will be created and emailed to the email address in our records.
You may then log in using this new password and change to a password of your
choice.
Note:
If you have not nominated an email address in your contact details, retrieving your password could take some time
as an email will have to go to the secretariat who will then have to contact you
via your nominated method (fax or letter).
You may be better creating a
free email account
(e.g.
hotmail
or
gmail
or
other alternatives
) and sending an email to the secretariat
to update your records before retrieving your password.
Note:
If you retrieve your password using an email address and you have two or more usernames with
that email address, passwords will be reset for all those usernames.
